Mr. Martin Frost
Martin Frost was one of the co-operators of the darknet marketplace "Wallstreet Market".
However, he decided to go public and bring light into the darkness, among other things with his gripping book: "Out of the Dark: The true story behind one of the largest darknet marketplaces in the world: WallStreet Market".
Today, he is actively involved in the education and prevention of cybercrime, explains how cybercriminals work and gives companies and private individuals advice on how they can protect themselves.
Martin Forst is the founder of the AI Institute, which specializes in the areas of artificial intelligence (AI), ChatGPT and automation with AI. The AI Institute offers a variety of video courses around these topics that help both beginners and advanced users to expand their knowledge and develop practical skills. In addition, the AI Institute organizes regular expert calls where participants have the opportunity to interact directly with leading experts in the field of AI and ask their questions.
Prof. Dr. Dirk Heckmann
Prof. Dr. Dirk Heckmann is a renowned constitutional judge and professor of Internet law who combines tradition and modernity in a unique way in Germany.
Prof. Heckmann has taught IT law at the University of Passau since 1996 before being appointed to the newly established Chair of Law and Security of Digitalization at the Technical University of Munich in 2019. There he also founded the TUM Center for Digital Public Services (CDPS), a scientific institution of the TUM School of Social Sciences and Technology since February 2023. In addition, Prof. Heckmann has been a part-time constitutional judge at the Bavarian Constitutional Court since 2003. In 2007, he was appointed to the expert group of the German Chancellor's National IT Summit and in 2018 he was included in the Federal Government's Data Ethics Commission
Prof. Heckmann's teaching, research and consulting focus on the current and often under-researched legal issues of digitalization in healthcare, education, justice and administration. In particular, he deals with data protection, IT security, the use of artificial intelligence (machine learning) and other innovations. The "juris Praxiskommentar Internetrecht" (6th edition 2021, 2,800 pages), which he edited, is considered a standard work on the law of digitalization in Germany.
Prof. Dirk Heckmann is a sought-after interview partner in the media and has appeared on various programs such as ZDF Heute, ZDF Donnerstalk, ZDF Wiso, RTL Nachtjournal and ARD Alpha. Bayerischer Rundfunk and ARD Alpha have dedicated special programs to him. Dipl.-Ing., Dipl.-Wirt.Ing. Maximilian Kaltenecker
Mr. Kaltenecker studied mechanical engineering and business administration at RWTH Aachen University and graduated with a degree in engineering and industrial engineering.
He has been CEO of NEXUSTEC GmbH in Unterföhring, Bavaria, since January 2022. In this role, he manages the company with a focus on areas such as Industry 4.0, artificial intelligence, software engineering, industrial production, quality assurance and the implementation of research and development results in concrete business applications.
Prior to joining NEXUSTEC, Mr. Kaltenecker was CEO of CrossLink GmbH in Cadolzburg, Bavaria, from July 2019 to September 2021. There he achieved impressive successes, including the successful completion of two M&A sales processes, responsibility for business success (P&L), management of various corporate divisions such as finance, operations, design, purchasing and human resources, as well as the development and production of fiber-reinforced plastic components for various industries.
Dr. Marit Hansen
Dr. Marit Hansen is a German computer scientist and data protection expert. She has been the data protection officer for the state of Schleswig-Holstein since 2015.
She graduated from Kiel University in 1995 with a degree in computer science and a minor in medicine. Since February 2008, she has been Deputy State Commissioner for Data Protection in Schleswig-Holstein and Deputy Director of the Independent State Center for Data Protection (ULD) in Kiel. She was instrumental in shaping the approach of data protection through technology and privacy-by-design, for which ULD is particularly well known in the IT world.
Marit Hansen's work focuses on Privacy-Enhancing Technologies (PET), identity management, anonymity, pseudonymity, data security, technical data protection as well as privacy by design and privacy by default. She is a recognized expert in this field and was appointed by the European Commission to the "Privacy & Technology" working group of the European Network and Information Security Agency (ENISA). She was also spokesperson for the PET specialist group of the German Informatics Society and lectures at the Institute of Computer Science at Kiel University.
Marit Hansen has been the head of the Independent State Center for Data Protection since July 2015 and was unanimously re-elected for a further six years by the state parliament of Schleswig-Holstein in June 2020. She is also a member of the Federal Government's Data Ethics Commission and the Council for Information Infrastructures. Her achievements in data protection-friendly system design were recognized in April 2020 with an honorary doctorate from Karlstad University. In March 2022, she was appointed to ENISA's Ad-Hoc Working Group on Data Protection Engineering.
Dr. Georg F. Schröder, LL.M.
Dr. Georg Schröder, LL.M. is the founder and managing director of legal data Schröder Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH. He has been dealing with data protection law for 23 years and is the author of the standard works "Datenschutzrecht für die Praxis" (Beck im dtv Verlag, 3rd edition) and "Softwareverträge" (Beck Verlag, 4th edition). His personal clients include renowned banks and media groups as well as start-up companies from the IT and software sector.
Prior to legal data , Georg was a partner in a large German commercial law firm, where he was responsible for the data protection department and held lectureships at Ravensburg University of Cooperative Education and Lomonossov University in Moscow.
